"Is it too spiritual or spacey?"

Not at all.  Our expert teachers know how some people can go overboard and that is not our purpose here.  This is beginning, foundational.  People go in different directions with their personal path.  We want to start you off on a solid foundation of breathing by tuning in to your body and your mind -- your best teachers by far.  This really is just ten breaths.

"OK we breathe ten times.  What do we do for the rest of the 15 minutes?"

Don't worry, it really is ten slow breaths.  They take a surprisingly long time when you pay attention to each one.

You experts who are already in the deep end of the mindfulness pool already know that breathing is a practice and it does no good unless you put in the hard time.  We aim to make it a little easier for you.

Come join us each week in the convenience of your own office to get a good 15-minutes of practice.
